Bill McGill has 15 years of executive search experience, nine of those years as a Principal. Bill has conducted executive level searches in a variety of industries for fortune 500, consulting (strategy, operations, and systems integration), and venture capital backed start-up firms.
Since forming William Richard Associates in 2001 his recruitment expertise has been dedicated to the pricing and revenue management functions. Prior to founding William Richard Associates, Bill served as a Sr. Associate with Kenzer Corporation, a retained search firm, and was a Principal with a contingency search firm focused on technology. Bill also worked as Regional Director at ADVO Corporation, a direct mail firm, and as a broker for C.H. Robinson.
Bill holds a B.S. in economics from South Dakota State University.
Mary McGill has more than 15 years experience in corporate settings where she held both tactical and leadership roles in operations, product development, and sales.
Prior to joining William Richard Associates, she spent 8 years with GlaxoSmithKline - four of those years with direct contract negotiation responsibilities. Prior to that she, spent seven years with United HealthCare in their Care Management Group. These roles cultivated her business acumen as well as instilled an understanding of pricing's impact throughout an organization.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University.
