This phase is not an interview; rather a multiple discussion format during which unbiased, objective discussions are conducted. Because William Richard is not required to disclose the client's name or details of the position, a factual, granular assessment of the potential candidate can be completed, including capabilities, credentials and relevant intangibles. This straightforward communication typically facilitates discovery of personal desires related to career growth for candidates not actively seeking new opportunities (passive candidates).
